Natures Aid® Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs when there are high levels of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are caused by frying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E can help to protect the cells against that damage

USAGE

Take 1-2 softgels per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Age Restriction 200iu is suitable for all ages but it is advised to reduce dosage according to age and weight.
