Natures Aid® Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs when there are high levels of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are caused by frying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E can help to protect the cells against that damage

USAGE

Take 1 soft gel per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not intended for long term use. Age Restriction 400iu, 500iu and 1000iu is for over 16 years only.
