Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate provides your RDA of Iron in combination with Vitamin C, B12 and folic acid. Natures Aid Iron is formulated using the Bisglycinate form of the mineral as this is said to be more absorbable and it is gentle on the stomach. Iron Contributes to: Normal cognitive function, Normal energy yeilding metabolism, Normal formation of Red Blood Cells and haemoglobin and the normal transportation of oxygen in the body.
Vitamin C increases Iron absorption and B12 & Folic Acid contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate will also contribute to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue.
USAGE
Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children
